National Leadership
It takes a certain kind of person to spend a career rebuilding communities. Outreach work requires tenacity, commitment, creativity and patience, and this is particularly true of those working in the complex community development field. These essential traits are reflected across Enterprise’s diverse leadership through:

Boards, Councils and Networks of Support
Groups of dedicated individuals from across the nation and all walks of life give of their time and expertise to help us help others. Their passion for communities extends to their personal lives. And it is this passion, their experience, and a deep understanding of the challenges facing communities that leads to hope and opportunities for people and neighborhoods around the country and close to their own homes.

The Enterprise Real Estate Leadership Council is a select group of national leaders in real estate and civic efforts interested in community development. Enterprise organized this group in 2002 to promulgate the possibilities of large-scale community development efforts within the for-profit development sector. The group meets annually with Enterprise to discuss approaches it could take to foster projects of scale and to examine ways to make cities better.

The Enterprise Women’s Network of Baltimore (EWN) channels the energies of women across the region toward helping low-income women and children improve the quality of life for themselves, their families and their communities. Since 2000, EWN has provided opportunities to support Enterprise Baltimore through advocacy, networking, philanthropy and volunteering. Enterprise Women’s Network
